Returns and Exchange
This Returns and Exchange Policy applies to all items purchased from BRAUS Fight. Nothing in this Returns and Exchange Policy affects your statutory rights.
All Returns or Exchanges must be returned in the same state they were dispatched within 28 days of receipt of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging (including tags and labels), in a resalable, undamaged condition and complete (if sold as a set).
If items are received compliant with our returns and exchange policy, refunds (if applicable) will be credited via the original form of payment.
BRAUS Fight will not exchange or accept returns of items showing signs of damage not the result of a manufacturing fault. Including, but not limited to, accidental, malicious and other wear related damage, such as;
- Signs of misuse or inappropriate care/washing.
- Cut marks on stitching, seams or uppers or stains
- Material decomposition due to prolonged dampness / general wear.
BRAUS Fight reserves the right to refuse items returned after the 28 day grace period. We suggest all returns or exchanges are sent via recordable or trackable means as we take no responsibility for returns or exchanges lost in transit.
- Order Acceptance and Contract
An e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided confirming receipt of the the order.
In the unlikely event we are out of stock market and will notify you as soon as possible to advise expected redelivery date.
The contract of sale of goods will be formed when email confirmation is sent to the provided email address confirming purchased products have been dispatched. Sale will be completed at that time.
- Returning an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within the stated period, without explanation.
If an order consists of multiple items, you may return any of the items individually or in combination, excluding products sold as a complete set.
- Returning defective or non conforming items
Items may be returned or exchanged if they are defective, faulty or do not conform with the original order.
Items must be returned within the stated period and accompanied by a description of the defect. Justified defective or faulty items will be fully reimbursed or exchanged (if desired).
- Exchanges
BRAUS Fight is pleased to exchange any product returned within the stated period. Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Cancelling an order
Orders may be cancelled, without penalty, providing products have not been dispatched. Please check your order status within your Account page and contact customer service to arrange the cancellation.
6. Cost of Return / Exchange
All return and exchange shipping costs for orders dispatched remain the responsibility of the customer; returning the item to Braus Fight and, if exchanging, the shipping cost for resending the new item of exchange.
The shipping cost of returning products which meet the faulty returns policy requirements will be at the cost of Braus Fight.
